Bij TMC ben jij als Adviseur Projectbeheersing veel meer dan een technische expert; je bent een innovator, strateeg en probleemoplosser. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in de realisatie van complexe en impactvolle projecten, van regionale infrastructuur tot nationale innovatieprojecten die de toekomst van Nederland vormgeven.

Denk aan projecten zoals:

Het ontwerp, de realisatie en renovatie van bruggen, tunnels en viaducten
Grote infrastructurele werken zoals wegen, spoorlijnen en waterkeringen
Complexe bouwkundige projecten zoals industriële gebouwen, utiliteitsbouw en stedelijke ontwikkelingsprojecten
Innovatieve stedelijke en infrastructurele herstructureringen waarbij duurzaamheid en toekomstbestendigheid centraal staan

In deze rol ben jij:

Het middelpunt van informatie in complexe projecten
Verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van technische projectdetails naar duurzame en innovatieve strategieën
Eindverantwoordelijk voor het volledige plannings- en controleproces
Een gids voor projectteams, begeleidend in hun besluitvorming
Degene die tijds- en risicomodellen bouwt en beheert om projecten overzichtelijk en beheersbaar te maken

What we expect from you

Je hebt een achtergrond in Bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Projectmanagement of vergelijkbaar
Minimaal 3–5 jaar ervaring in projectbeheersing of een vergelijkbare rol
Analytisch sterk en tegelijk praktisch ingesteld
Communicatief vaardig, overtuigend en in staat stakeholders te verbinden

What you can expect from us

Arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
Salaris €3.000 - €6.000 bruto per maand
Aanvullend een winstdeling oplopend tot 50%
Opleidingsbudget van €2.200 per jaar voor coaching & studie
Business cel met ervaren en professionele werkondernemers
Projecten binnen de aannemerij, adviesbureaus & (semi-) overheid
