Als adviseur bouwfysica met specialisatie in Akoestiek ben jij de expert die gebouwen tot leven brengt – letterlijk. Jij zorgt ervoor dat akoestisch comfort, duurzaamheid en energieprestatie in balans zijn. Van ontwerp tot oplevering adviseer jij architecten, ontwikkelaars en aannemers over de beste oplossingen om gebouwen comfortabel, gezond en toekomstbestendig te maken.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten: van scholen, kantoren en zorginstellingen tot complexe utiliteitsbouw en woningbouwprojecten. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt als het gaat om geluid – binnen én buiten het gebouw.

What we expect from you

Een afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding richting Bouwkunde, Technische Natuurkunde of vergelijkbaar
Enkele jaren ervaring als bouwfysisch adviseur, bij voorkeur met focus op akoestiek
Kennis van relevante normen en tools (zoals DGMR, ODEON of SoundPLAN)
Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een praktische, samenwerkingsgerichte instelling

What you can expect from us

Arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd
Salaris €3.500 - €6.000 bruto per maand
Aanvullend een winstdeling oplopend tot 50%
Opleidingsbudget van €2.200 per jaar voor coaching & studie
