The role involves developing and integrating our internal software with external systems, ensuring seamless communication between platforms and supporting our clients in the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop code for system integration between internal applications and external partners.
- Implement and maintain APIs to enable secure and efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system communication.
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te
- MSc in Software Engineering or Computer Science or related field 2+ years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks.
- Experience in software integration and API development.
- Knowledge of communication protocols and system architecture.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
- Fluency in Italian and in English
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €33,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
