About this vacancy

As a Readiness Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and readiness of system components at the supplier level. You will lead inspection and quality reviews, support supplier performance improvement, and provide critical visibility on ongoing issues to internal stakeholders.

Performing source inspections at supplier facilities to assess the quality of system components
Leading quality reviews with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Requesting and tracking detailed corrective action plans for recurring quality issues
Evaluating overall supplier quality performance and initiating improvement actions
Ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of open actions
Providing management with updates and status through structured PowerPoint presentations

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality assurance, or a related field
Experience in the Aerospace industry preferred
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Proven ability to manage supplier interventions and quality performance
Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Willingness and ability to travel locally and internationally, often on short notice
