We are seeking an experienced Outbound Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations focused on order picking, packing, and loading in an outbound environment.

About this vacancy

Supervise and coordinate outbound team members (pickers, packers, loaders).
Ensure daily targets and KPIs for accuracy, productivity, and timeliness are met.
Oversee order fulfillment, packing quality, and proper loading of shipments.
Monitor workflows in an automated environment, resolving operational issues quickly.
Implement and maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
Train, coach, and evaluate team members to drive performance and engagement.
Collaborate with inventory control, inbound, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
Track metrics, prepare shift reports, and provide feedback to management.

What we expect from you

3–5 years of supervisory experience in warehouse/distribution or outbound logistics.
Strong knowledge of order fulfillment, packing standards, and shipping processes.
Experience with automation equipment or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and overtime as needed.
