Stress MRB Engineer
TMC USA is hiring an MRB Stress Engineer to assess and approve structural repairs, ensuring compliance with safety and certification standards while supporting key aerospace programs.

About this vacancy
- Analyze non-conformities and assess structural impacts on aircraft components.
- Develop and validate repair solutions in line with regulatory standards (FAR, EASA, FAA, etc.).
- Perform static, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses to support repair justifications.
- Review and approve MRB dispositions for production and in-service aircraft.
- Collaborate with design, materials, and manufacturing engineers to optimize repair strategies.
- Support production teams in resolving structural issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company engineering guidelines.
- Document engineering analyses, reports, and justifications for audit and certification.
- Understand and apply AS9100 standard requirements related to MRB responsibilities.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of MRB stamping authority experience on Boeing platforms (preferably 737, 777, 787).
- Familiarity with Boeing processes and specifications (preferred).
- Proven expertise in metallic and/or composite components.
- Strong background in FEM and Damage Tolerance Analysis (DTA).
- Ability to interpret non-conformance reports accurately.
- Experience with CRPR or similar DTA tools for DADT analysis (if required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
