About this vacancy

In this role, you’ll be responsible for improving and aligning SAP manufacturing, quality, and plant maintenance processes with operational goals. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and the SAP Digital Transformation Team to streamline production scheduling, shop floor operations, capacity management, and plant maintenance workflows using SAP best practices.

Responsibilities:

Support production, quality, and maintenance functions such as scheduling, confirmations, capacity planning, and shop floor execution.
Implement process improvements using SAP functionality and industry best practices.
Collaborate with analysts and developers to customize or configure SAP solutions to meet business needs.
Document process flows and procedures; create training materials and deliver end-user support.
Monitor implemented solutions for effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP PP/MM/QO processes across the manufacturing lifecycle.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Deep knowledge of SAP PP/QO/MM modules and their integration with other SAP systems.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is required; ECC is a plus.
Skilled in analyzing and resolving complex manufacturing process challenges.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Ability to create clear and concise documentation and training resources.
SAP certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
