About this vacancy

As a Business Process Expert, you will lead the design, evaluation, and optimization of SAP warehouse and logistics processes. You will partner with cross-functional teams to align SAP capabilities with business goals, enhance efficiency, and support implementation as part of the digital transformation journey. You’ll support logistics and warehouse operations like receiving, shipping, inventory, and production replenishment.

Responsibilities:

Drive process improvements in SAP WM/EWM/Logistics modules using industry and SAP best practices.
Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to configure/customize SAP solutions.
Create and maintain process flows, documentation, procedures, and training content.
Provide end-user support and training for new functionality.
Evaluate implemented improvements to ensure intended outcomes are achieved.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP supply chain planning and logistics processes.

What we expect from you

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong experience with SAP WM/EWM/LO modules and integration with other SAP functionalities.
SAP S/4HANA experience required; ECC knowledge is a plus.
Proven ability to evaluate, test, and improve complex business processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with user documentation and training.
SAP certifications are a plus.
