About this vacancy

We are looking for a Procurement Support Specialist to support a large-scale industrial project. In this role, you will support procurement and P2P processes, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate SAP administration.

Create and manage purchase orders, change orders, and vendor data in SAP.
Monitor deliveries, update schedules, and support invoice control.
Provide administrative and operational support to the procurement team.
Facilitate and improve P2P processes and workflows.
Support procurement activities and act as backup during colleagues’ absence.

What we expect from you

3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in the (petro)chemical or industrial sector.
Solid knowledge of SAP (P2P module).
Fluency in Dutch AND English.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proactive, flexible, and a strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
