About this vacancy

Je vindt het een uitdaging om in een zeer geavanceerde en complexe productieomgeving voor zowel machines als processen te optimaliseren. Je hebt een technische achtergrond, bent graag bezig met innovatie en zorgt er mede voor dat we ook op de lange termijn effectief en efficiënt kunnen produceren. Je identificeert verbetermogelijkheden en draagt zorg voor het implementeren van deze verbeteringen.

What we expect from you

· BSc of Msc in chemical engineering, material science of aanverwante richting

· Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een relevante sector als R&D Engineer of Process Engineer

· De kracht om samen te kunnen werken binnen jouw afdeling maar ook goed kunnen communiceren met meerdere afdelingen

· Projectmanagement vaardigheden – de kracht om samen te werken met verschillende stakeholders

· Het hanteren van de principes van LEAN en project management.

· Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels (Beheersing Nederlandse taal is MUST)
