You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of Diffusion and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for MEMS and micro-device applications.

About this vacancy

You will be responsible for the development, optimization, and industrialization of Diffusion and Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) processes for MEMS and micro-device applications. This includes maintaining process stability, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement in a cleanroom environment.

Process & Equipment Ownership

Maintain and optimize Diffusion & ALD processes and equipment.
Ensure process stability through SPC and post-maintenance qualifications.
Develop new processes and support industrialization efforts.

Project & Collaboration

Work in cross-functional teams (Project Managers, Sales, Engineers).
Participate in equipment selection and define process requirements.
Contribute to complex root cause analyses (RCAs).

Training & Documentation

Train and support operators and technicians.
Write and maintain process documentation and SOPs.

Continuous Improvement

Analyze data to improve process performance.
Identify reuse opportunities and initiate new developments.
Apply engineering tools (DOE, SPC, DMAIC/DFSS).

What we expect from you

Education & Experience

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Materials Science.
Experience in process engineering, electroplating and industrialization.
Experience working in or leading technological project teams.
In-depth knowledge of Diffusion and ALD technologies is preferred.
