Operator - Outbound Picking/Packing/Loading

We are looking for reliable Outbound Operators to join our warehouse team. This role involves order picking, packing, and loading within an outbound, automation-driven environment. 6 months contract

About this vacancy

Accurately pick and prepare orders based on outbound requirements.
Pack items securely to company standards for safe transport.
Load finished goods onto trucks, trailers, or pallets for shipment.
Operate within an automation-supported warehouse environment.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Contribute to meeting daily team targets and productivity goals.

What we expect from you

1–2 years of warehouse, order picking/packing, or loading experience preferred.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners a plus.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, or overtime if required.
