Ben jij een hands-on leider die techniek en organisatie moeiteloos combineert? Bij TMC krijg je de kans om een team aan te sturen, werkzaamheden te plannen én zelf actief mee te werken aan uitdagende technische projecten.
- Leidinggeven en ondersteunen van een technisch team;
- Plannen en organiseren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden;
- Zelf uitvoeren van montage- en assemblagetaken;
- Samenwerken met collega’s en zorgen voor een soepel werkproces.
What we expect from you
Als Meewerkend Voorman verwachten we dat je niet alleen leiding geeft, maar ook actief meewerkt. Je organiseert het werk, begeleidt je team, en zorgt dat projecten soepel en volgens planning verlopen. Flexibiliteit, initiatief en een hands-on mentaliteit zijn daarbij essentieel.
- MBO 4-opleiding in Werktuigbouw, Elektrotechniek, Voertuigtechniek of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring als meewerkend voorman of in een vergelijkbare functie;
- Flexibel, communicatief sterk en oplossingsgericht;
- Bereid tot (inter)nationale reizen;
- Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels. (Duits is een pré)
