Liaison MRB Engineer
TMC USA is hiring an MRB Liaison Engineer to design and support repairs for non-conformities, ensuring aircraft quality, safety, and compliance across multi-platform aerospace programs.

About this vacancy
- Support production operations across multiple aircraft programs.
- Gather information directly from aircraft to analyze and resolve non-conformities.
- Identify and address airframe and system issues by providing technical support to production teams.
- Design repairs (dispositions) in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) raised by quality control.
- Ensure the application of standard engineering practices in developing repair solutions.
- Design efficient and compliant repairs to address production anomalies.
- Maintain aircraft quality, safety, and regulatory compliance through robust engineering solutions.
- Minimize product or component failure risks to ensure passenger and operational safety.
- Accurately document all engineering actions and repair dispositions.
- Collaborate closely with stress analysis, materials, systems, flight sciences, design, methods, quality, and operations teams to achieve business objectives.
- Apply AS9100 standards as required for MRB responsibilities.
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of MRB stamping authority experience on Boeing platforms (preferably 737, 777, 787).
- Familiarity with Boeing processes and specifications (preferred).
- Experience in aerospace or manufacturing environments (asset).
- Strong knowledge of airframe structures and technical system installation requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with CATIA V5 software.
- Experience with MRB/non-conformance software tools.
