About this vacancy

You develop and execute the global HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and driving cultural alignment across regions.
You collaborate with regional HR teams to support employee engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
You provide strategic guidance to regional HR teams, ensuring consistent HR practices and compliance across multiple countries and regions.
You lead and support organizational development and change management initiatives globally.
You lead global HR projects, such as HR system/program implementations & HR process harmonization.

What we expect from you

Graduate of a Master in Human Resources or equivalent.
Your route includes the following points:
- Previous experience within a consulting firm.
- A first international experience.
- A succesful HR project development.
- A first experience in a leading role.
You speak fluently English.
You like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team.
Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal.
Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and inspirational for your teammates.
