We are looking for a Cloud Architect with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical experience, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Your challenges?

Design scalable and resilient cloud architectures on GCP
Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Lead cloud migration projects from on-premise or other cloud platforms to GCP
Define best practices, security standards, and governance strategies
Guide the selection and adoption of GCP services (e.g., Compute Engine, GKE, BigQuery, Cloud Functions)
Provide technical mentorship and training to internal teams
Monitor and optimize cloud performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

What we expect from you

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with at least 2 years on GCP
Deep knowledge of GCP services and cloud-native architectures
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Deployment Manager)
Strong understanding of networking, cloud security and DevOps practices
GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud Architect) are highly preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with hybrid or multi-cloud environments
Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Cloud Build, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Italian and in English
