Joël Krediet (34) knew from an early age that logistics was his thing. With a father in the industry and family members running logistics companies, a career in supply chain felt like a natural fit. After finishing his studies, he started in a commercial role at a logistics company but soon realized that sales wasn’t really for him. What truly excited him? Logistics processes. “How can we make operations run more smoothly? How do we make processes more efficient? That’s what fascinates and motivates me,” Joël explains. His journey to TMC started while working as a logistics project manager at a major supermarket chain. There, he met TMC employeneurs who inspired him to make the switch.
