Embedded Software Engineer
TMC Italia is recruiting an Embedded Software Engineer to work alongside our customers on the design, development and testing of innovative products through the whole product life-cycle.

- Participate to functional requirements collection and architecture definition
- Design and develop embedded software Support the system validation strategy
- Troubleshoot issues with in-depth analysis and coordination with other team members
- Share technical knowledge with other team members
- Produce technical documentation
Cosa ci aspettiamo da te
- M. Sc in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science 2 to 6 years of experience on embedded programming on microcontroller and/or microprocessor Full autonomy in coding with C and/or C++ language
- Knowledge of embedded communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI…)
- Knowledge of IoT systems is an advantage
- Good command of Italian and English language
- Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods
- Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
Cosa puoi aspettarti da noi
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base gross annual salary (Gross Annual Salary – RAL) will be no less than €33,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
