We are excited to announce the opening of a new office in Mexico City, expanding our presence in North America. With offices across 15 countries, we are proud to be home to over 2,700 highly qualified scientists, engineers, and digital experts. Our areas of expertise range from robotics and software to nanotechnology and data science. By establishing a presence in Mexico, we are better positioned to tap into new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions across all sectors.

Entering Mexico at the right time

According to Pierre-Antoine, our entry into the Mexican market couldn’t come at a better time. “While the high-tech consultancy market in Europe is quite saturated, Mexico presents a unique opportunity for growth,” he explains. “There is a strong trend of nearshoring in the country, where multinational companies are shifting their manufacturing facilities to Mexico to meet North American demand. We have the expertise to support these manufacturers, particularly in industries such as automotive, aeronautics, life sciences, energy, and other sectors that require specialized knowledge in emerging technologies.”

Moreover, Mexico is home to many renowned universities, offering a rich talent pool that aligns perfectly with our Employeneurship model. We are eager to introduce talented professionals to the benefits of our unique approach, which emphasizes autonomy, continuous learning, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Leading the way with experience

Pierre-Antoine Adam brings extensive experience to his new role as CEO Mexico. Before joining us, he held multiple leadership positions with OTIS and ALTEN, where he was stationed in various locations across Europe and the Middle East. In his most recent role at ALTEN, he led the Aeronautics, Defence, and Space division in France.

“The decision to join TMC was an easy one for me,” Pierre-Antoine says. “I strongly align with the core values of transparency, respect, sharing, and autonomy. As a first step, I am excited to build a vertical around Technology & Engineering, focusing primarily on the automotive, aeronautic, and industrial equipment industries, particularly in product development, manufacturing engineering, and services related to automation and smart factories. In the second phase, we plan to develop a vertical around life sciences and pharma industries.”

Aiming to become a strong player in Mexico

Emmanuel Mottrie, our global CEO, is equally enthusiastic about our expansion in Mexico: “Our goal is to grow to 10,000 employeneurs globally by 2032. This growth will allow us to provide our international customers with excellent service from our well-trained specialists while maintaining a strong local presence. We are eager to share our expertise with our future Mexican employeneurs and customers and to strengthen international collaboration across our current teams. With Pierre-Antoine leading the way, we are confident in our ability to become a strong player in the Mexican market.”

We look forward to the exciting opportunities ahead as we expand our footprint and continue our journey toward becoming a leading high-tech consultancy globally.
