The Smart Industry Taskforce
Smart Industry, or Industry 4.0, stands for the total development into the future of the world of manufacturing. Within this trend, the combination of data, systems, automation, human factors, innovation, and organizational structures play a big role.
We have created a multi-disciplinary team to offer our clients a complementary competence on Smart Industry implementations. We hereby support Smart Industry projects in a cost-effective approach, creating customized solutions on Operations, Control and Organization. We cover:
- Smart Organization: staff motivation, support through technology & employment sustainability
- Digital Factory: digital connection of departments and machines, data-driven process improvement & autonomous processes.
Our approach
It might be difficult to determine a strategy for your organization on such an abstract term as Smart Industry. In order to create overview in this maze, we start with small steps. A possible strategy might be to connect with a Lean philosophy. Research has shown the link between Lean maturity and Smart Industry maturity levels.
Together we aim to determine your road to Smart Industry on the topics Smart Organization and Digital Factory. Our Employeneurs with different technical competences can be hired for a small amount of hours a week, to help you reach your next steps!
