DevSecOps Coach

We are looking for a DevSecOps Coach to support our client's DevOps teams in improving their security posture and integrating security practices into the software development lifecycle. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will coach squads on applying DevSecOps principles, align with enterprise security standards, and facilitate cultural and procedural transformation across teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the implementation of DevSecOps principles within cross-functional squads.
• Coaching teams on security best practices for CI/CD, secure coding, and secure infrastructure provisioning.
• Ensuring alignment between development, operations, and security teams.
• Guiding teams in the adoption of security automation, vulnerability scanning, and compliance enforcement.
• Supporting the integration of security requirements and controls into pipelines and workflows.
• Promoting a shift-left security culture through hands-on guidance and coaching.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Proven experience in a DevOps or DevSecOps environment, with strong knowledge of security principles.
• Experience coaching or working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with application security concepts such as SAST, DAST, secrets management, and secure code practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence teams and drive cultural change.
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
