A propos de ce poste

As a young graduate in life sciences, you can become a Project, Process, Production, Validation or Quality Engineer, while finding your way with the TMC Young Graduate Program.

• You can for example guide a project from A to Z, ensure quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements or test the instrumentation, equipment used to manufacture products.
• The young graduate program at TMC is a 1-year program that assists you in finding your way as an employeneur on your first job experience.
• We will assist in finding a first project in the sectors that interest you the most.
• During the year, TMC organizes several workshops to improve your soft skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
• You get the chance to work on a challenging side project with other young graduates from different engineering and science backgrounds, guided by an experienced Employeneur within TMC.
• You will get to know the company and your colleagues during the different (in)formal events we organize to develop your network and boost your visibility on the market.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

• You have a M.Sc. in Bioscience, Chemistry, Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial engineering, Mechatronics, Automation or Electrical Engineering.
• You are positive, pragmatic, and flexible.
• You can work independently and set priorities.
• You like varied work where you are often on the production site and not afraid of administrative work.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
