A propos de ce poste

You will be responsible for managing projects (studies and/or modifications) related to the Belgian nuclear power plants. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and monitoring the design and/or implementation phases of the project;
• Establishing and consolidating design and investment budgets for the entire project;
• Defining the overall project schedule, tracking service delivery, and ensuring deadlines and profitability targets are met;
• Defining tasks and empowering your functionally-led project team, in consultation with subject matter experts;
• Organizing meetings with the client and acting as a strategic partner
• Managing internal coordination with competence centres and support departments (legal, finance, IT, risk management, communication, etc.);
• Ensuring effective interdisciplinary coordination and integration of various technical specialities;
• Managing technical and commercial relationships with clients and partners, including initiating commercial actions when necessary;
• Overseeing administrative aspects of the project in compliance with internal procedures, with support from a Project Assistant;
• For assignments where you are designated as 'Project Engineer', supporting the Project Manager or Project Director in executing all of the above tasks.

Ce que nous attendons de vous

• You have a master in engineering

• You have 10 to 15 years of professional experience of which at least 5 years as a project manager or assistant project manager, and you have knowledge of the processes of Engineering (successive stages, contractual approaches, …)

• Knowledge of Belgian NPPs is an strong asset

• Your mother tongue is French and you are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch as well is an asset

• You are result oriented, you have a strong customer focus, you are a team player in a changing environment

• You are dynamic, flexible, resistant to stress, rigorous

• You will be located in the Brussels HQ with frequent visits to the Belgian NPP site (Tihange, also Doel) and occasionally visits outside Belgium

• BA4, VCA, Habilitation to access nuclear sites are required.
