The role focuses on operating and developing advanced endurance test rigs to evaluate the performance of conventional, hybrid, and electric powertrains. You will contribute to improving both hardware and software environments, ensuring reliable and efficient test execution.

• Operate and maintain assigned test rigs, ensuring high-quality performance and availability.
• Support the development and improvement of test rig hardware, software, and automation tools.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and validation teams to execute and optimize test campaigns.
• Contribute to standardization, documentation, and KPI tracking to enhance testing efficiency.

Qué esperamos de ti

• Engineering degree with a strong interest in mechatronics, testing, or related fields.
• Programming knowledge, understanding of control theory, structural dynamics, or high-voltage applications.
• Fluency in English, strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with a proactive approach.
