• Design and implement scalable and secure IoT solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform.
• Develop device connectivity solutions using Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Edge, and other Azure IoT services.
• Implement data ingestion, storage, and processing solutions for IoT data using Azure services such as Azure Stream Analytics, Azure Event Hubs, Azure Data Explorer, etc.
• Configure and deploy edge computing solutions leveraging Azure IoT Edge for data processing at the edge.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate IoT solutions with sensors, actuators, and other devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IoT solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IoT and Microsoft Azure technologies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot IoT solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Apply cost optimization strategies to implement the most efficient methods while minimizing costs.
• Collaborate with version control systems such as Azure DevOps GIT for code management and maintenance.
• Work in an agile, scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qué esperamos de ti

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a IoT engineer, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure IoT services such as Azure IoT Hub, Azure IoT Edge, Azure Stream Analytics, etc.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++ or Python.
• Understanding of IoT protocols and standards (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, OPC UA).
• Experience with cloud platforms and services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
• Solid understanding of IoT engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience with version control systems (Azure DevOps) and agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud Adoption Framework.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude with a can-do mentality and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in IoT and Microsoft Azure technologies.

• Living in the Netherlands
