Responsibilities:

• Set up planning and budgets for cost-saving projects.
• Review risk analyses and validation planning.
• Ensure the change management process and necessary communication to all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve deviations to ensure progress on project deliverables.
• Report to management on project progress.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with cost-saving projects and change management.

• Salary depending on education level, seniority, and relevant experience.
