Over deze vacature
The mission consists of ensuring L2/L3 support and administration of Microsoft environments in a datacenter context. The role involves managing incidents and changes (ITIL), administering Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure, as well as handling virtualization (Citrix/Horizon) and endpoint management. The position also requires strong PowerShell automation skills, troubleshooting expertise, continuous improvement, and a strong client-oriented mindset.
Wat we van jou verwachten
- Expertise in Windows Server environments and Active Directory in a datacenter context
- Strong skills in AD DS, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Exchange (on-prem & Online), and PowerShell scripting in production
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, change, problem management)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Azure / Entra ID
- Experience with Citrix and/or VMware Horizon virtualization environments
- Knowledge of Intune / MECM (SCCM), application packaging, FSLogix, and Microsoft security solutions (Defender, Conditional Access, PIM)
- Fluent French and professional English (German and/or Luxembourgish are a plus)
- Strong autonomy, analytical mindset, customer-oriented approach, and ability to investigate issues to root cause
