Mobile Software Engineer

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric mobile solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across platforms. 

Purpose of The Role: 

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using Flutter, meeting project requirements and deadlines. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and product managers, to deliver user-friendly features. 
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure application stability and performance. 
• Integrate third-party APIs and libraries to enhance the app's functionality. 
• Stay updated on Flutter updates and best practices to continually improve app quality. 

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
• Proficiency in Flutter programming, with a strong portfolio of mobile app projects. 
• Solid understanding of mobile application development, including UI/UX principles. 
• Experience with version control systems, especially Git, and continuous integration. 
• Experience with Agile working methods is a plus 
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to work in a collaborative team environment. 
• Fluency in Italian and in English 
• Availability to travel and relocate for medium to long periods will be a plus 
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC
