Junior Supply Chain Engineer | Management Engineer

• Daily supply chain management: Planning and monitoring of procurement, production, and deliveries, as well as reviewing the Bill of Materials (BOM) for COTS components. 
• Definition and monitoring of production KPIs: collaborate in defining and tracking performance indicators related to productivity and quality. 
• Development and improvement of the Warehouse Management System: lead the ongoing development and optimization of the warehouse management system to improve the flow of materials and the inventory management. 
• Implementation of the 5S methodology: promote and implement the 5S methodology to improve organization and operational efficiency. 
• Issue management: proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, hardware engineers, suppliers, and shippers, to quickly identify and resolve critical issues that could impact project timelines and outcomes. 

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Production Engineering, or equivalent. 
• Brief experience in supply chain management, with skills in production and procurement planning, or solid theoretical knowledge of processes, supported by academic qualifications or relevant certifications. 
• Proficiency in the Office suite and a quick aptitude for learning new software tools. 
• Strong problem-solving skills. 
• Familiarity with KPIs commonly used for monitoring production performance. 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and competence in applying the 5S methodology. 
• Knowledge of ERP software and supply chain management tools will be considered a plus. 
• Solid command of the English language, both written and spoken. 
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
