- You will contribute to the development of cutting-edge processes and plasma-based innovations.
- Develop and model plasma-based processes for industrial applications
- Collaborate with internal and external experts in materials science, chemistry, and physics
- Publish research findings and visit conferences
- Translate fundamental insights into practical production solutions
- Actively contribute to strategic R&D initiatives
Wat we van jou verwachten
- PhD in chemical engineering, material science or plasma related field
- Strong scientific background and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive mindset and team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to travel and participate in conferences and collaborations
