In this role, you will support the analysis, configuration, and evolution of service fulfillment platforms based on Nokia FlowOne, working closely with technical and operational teams to ensure stability, performance, and scalability of service delivery processes.

Your challenges?

• Act as a technical reference for Nokia FlowOne modules: Service Order Management (SOM), Service Catalog, Provisioning & Activation, and Unified Inventory.
• Support the analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization of existing flows and service configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, document, and maintain service definitions and provisioning logic.
• Integrate with third-party systems via SOAP/REST APIs and ensure proper data and process alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline fulfillment processes.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, system configurations, and service models.
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment activities.

Wat we van jou verwachten

•  Proven experience working with Nokia FlowOne.
• Solid programming background, ideally in Java, with strong skills in API integration and data manipulation.
• Understanding of telecom service provisioning workflows and catalog-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with service decomposition, order orchestration, and network/service activation logic.
• Experience working with version control systems (Git) and basic CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Italian would be a nice plus.
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.
