IT Business & Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business & Systems Analyst to contribute to the design, improvement, and quality control of digital solutions. You will support the full lifecycle of IT projects (from needs assessment to delivery) while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical standards.

• Analyze business needs and translate them into system requirements
• Contribute to solution design, process modelling, and documentation
• Support project planning, estimations, and risk analysis
• Define and apply quality control and testing procedures
• Validate third-party deliverables and coordinate acceptance phases
• Act as a link between business users and technical teams
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and project follow-up

Wat we van jou verwachten

Required Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, Engineering, or similar
• 5+ years (Standard) of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of system analysis, design, and testing
• Familiar with project methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, etc.)
• Experience with modelling tools (UML, BPMN, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Fluent in English and French
• Comfortable working independently and in multicultural teams
