As a Scientific Programmer at TMC, you will play a crucial role in developing software solutions for various high tech applications. Your responsibilities will include:
- Writing and maintaining code in Python and C++ for scientific and engineering applications within the high tech industry.
- Utilizing object-oriented programming principles to design and implement robust and scalable software systems.
- Working closely with scientists, engineers, and other programmers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimizing code for performance and reliability, ensuring that software meets the needs of complex scientific computations.
Wat we van jou verwachten
- A degree in Physics, Math or a related field.
- Experience in developing software for scientific or engineering applications, particularly within the high tech industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
