Business Development • Develop further your own entity in IT consultancy in Belgium • Develop, manage and broaden your customer portfolio in IT Recruitment • Identify and recruit the engineers & IT’er who will join your team • Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable employeneurs People Management • Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching) • Manage your team of junior business manager and make them successful Finance Management • Manage your budget and finances related to the contract negotiations and salary proposals • Margin calculation & EBIDTA • Strategic hiring & client partnership
Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi
• Experience as a senior business manager, business unit manager or director in IT consultancy • Experience in business development and expanding a portfolio of IT clients • Experience in coaching a team of junior business managers • You speak fluently Dutch, French & English • You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team • Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as much at the level of commercial management as the management • Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
