Business Development

• Create and develop your own entity in the life sciences field.
• Develop and manage your customer portfolio

Recruitment

• Identify and recruit the engineers who will join your team
• Collaborate with the HRBP team to find the most suitable employeneurs for TMC

People Management

• Manage your team of consultants (career management, monitoring and coaching)

Finance Management

• Manage your budget and finances related to the contract negotiations and salary proposal

Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi

• Graduate of a Master in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, Economics, Management.
• You have a first experience in consultancy & business management, ideally in life sciences
• You speak fluently French and English, Dutch is a plus.
• You have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, you like to work independently while benefiting from the support of a dynamic and experienced team
• Organized and rigorous, you are a force of proposal as much at the level of commercial management as the management
• Open and dynamic, you are a go-getter and have a sense of challenge
