This is your chance to be involved in many interesting projects in some of the most trendy sectors of the industry like Food&Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Robotics, Logistics and Oil & Gas.

TMC is currently supporting several clients worldwide during the design, management and installation phase of innovative plants and systems.

You will able to:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the facility, including production schedules, quality control and inventory management
• Ensure effectiveness of the construction and site management, in compliance with time schedule, cost, quality and HSE
• Manage contract with client according to the Project Manager’s guidelines
• Implement and oversee process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Guarantee continuity between the completion of Construction and pre-commissioning activities
• Organize any corrective action required to prevent interruptions to erection activities, to reduce delays in work schedule, and to bring costs back to budget
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
• Prepare the Site final report

Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi

• Technical background, degree in Engineering field
• 5+ years of experience in the field of process engineering, Food industry experience will be an advantage, pharma and Oil/Gas will be evaluated
• Reliability, flexibility and problem-solving competencies
• Self-motivated and result-driven person
• Fluency in English and Italian (communication and technical English and Italian).
• Experience in field and commissioning activities
• Willingness to long travel
