Lead Mechanical Engineer Construction

• Responsible for overseeing all mechanical aspects of a date center construction project
• Conduct quality control inspections of mechanical installations and ensure compliance with industry standards and codes
• Enforce safety regulations and inspections
• Coordinate the project and collaborate with all stakeholders (contractors, internal/external design teams, project managers, other disciplines, …)
• Maintain and provide up-to-date project documentation (incl. reports and inspections) 

Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi

• You have proven experience as a mechanical supervisor in construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
• Good knowledge of building services : HVAC, fire stopping and fire protection, lifts, generators, cooling systems, internal architectural, etc
• Strong understanding of construction project management principles
• At least 6Y of experience in the field
• You are fluent in English, other languages are considered a plus
