In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize embedded software solutions that power cutting-edge products in different sectors. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are excited by the challenge of building reliable, high-performance firmware for real-world applications, we invite you to be part of our journey toward a smarter, more sustainable future.
The role will include activities like:
- Develop embedded firmware in C/C++
- Support the Software Team in the development and validation of control algorithms
- Design and simulate control strategies using tools like PLECS and Simulink
- Validate algorithms both in simulation and on real hardware
- Collaborate with hardware and system engineers to ensure seamless integration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of control performance and system reliability
- Produce clear documentation including specifications, test reports, and user manuals.
Cosa ci aspettiamo da voi
- Firmware & Control Engineer or Embedded Software Engineer
- M.Sc. in Software, Electronics, Automation Engineering or similar fields
- Proven experience in Firmware development
- Strong knowledge of embedded programming in C/C++
- Familiarity with simulation environments like PLECS and Simulink
- Experience with microcontrollers (NXP, ST)
- Automotive background is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Strong motivation with the Employeneurship model
