The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating and verifying control system models through MIL testing using model-based development tools.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in the design and validation of embedded software and ensure that model behavior meets functional and safety requirements before software code generation.
• Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in automotive software testing, with a focus on Model-in-the-Loop (MIL) or model-based development environments.
• Hands-on experience with Matlab/Simulink, Stateflow, and MIL testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze test results, document findings, and support debugging activities with development teams.
• Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, MATLAB scripts) for result evaluation and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Italian and English both.
