Temps de lecture: min.Transition year
Sioux Belgium is based in Herentals and consists of 33 experts specializing in high-end software development for complex technological applications. Over the coming year, Sioux Belgium will be integrated into TMC Belgium. During this transition period, the team will remain fully on board and the organizations will work more closely together, benefiting customers of both Sioux and TMC.
Strong fit
Emmanuel Mottrie, CEO of TMC Group, says: “Sioux Belgium is a strong fit for TMC, both in terms of company culture and customer portfolio. We are very pleased with the team and with the specific software expertise that Sioux adds to our services. Dutch-speaking experts within this software specialization are scarce, making this team a valuable addition for TMC and for customers in the region.”
Room for growth
According to Filip Eykens, Managing Director of Sioux Belgium, the acquisition creates attractive opportunities: “Joining TMC creates room for further growth and makes it easier to attract new talent. At the same time, we can continue to serve our customers with the same focus and quality. We look forward to this next chapter.”
Accelerated acquisition strategy
Since 2025, TMC has accelerated its acquisition strategy. The renewed shareholder structure with Apheon and MML Capital enables TMC, alongside organic growth, to pursue acquisitions more actively, with the ambition of completing four to six acquisitions per year. TMC has already successfully completed several strategic acquisitions in the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium, including Level21 (2025), Adventec Consulting (2025), Guldberg and Personites (2024), Open Pixel Systems (2024), and Mobilee (2023).
