A propos de ce poste
Als Employeneur bij TMC combineer je een technische opdracht bij één van onze klanten met een vaste rol als Preventieadviseur niveau 1 of 2. Voor deze laatste verantwoordelijkheid ben je gemiddeld één dag per week actief binnen interne of externe preventietaken. Jouw takenpakket als Preventieadviseur omvat: Toepassen van wetgeving: Je zorgt ervoor dat de welzijnswetgeving correct wordt toegepast. Risicoanalyses: Je identificeert, evalueert en rapporteert risico’s op de werkvloer. Adviseren: Je adviseert zowel het management als collega’s omtrent veiligheid en welzijn. Coördinatie: Je draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het preventiebeleid. Communicatie: Je communiceert vlot met alle betrokken partijen over preventiemaatregelen. Opleiding: Je organiseert en coördineert interne opleidingen en infosessies. Eerste hulp: Je zorgt voor de organisatie en opvolging van eerstehulpverlening. Verslaggeving: Je stelt heldere rapporten op over ongevallen en incidenten met gerichte aanbevelingen. Daarnaast werk je op projectbasis als ingenieur in één van de volgende domeinen: Ontwikkeling of optimalisatie van mechanische systemen Productie- en procesoptimalisatie Design & manufacturing engineering Mechatronica & systeemintegratie Technische ondersteuning en continuous improvement
Ce que nous attendons de vous
Je hebt een master in engineering Je hebt de cursus preventieadviseur niveau 1 of niveau 2 afgerond Je spreekt Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een plus Idealiter een eerste ervaring als preventieadviseur Je hebt een can-do mentaliteit en hebt zin voor initiatief Je hebt interesse in een combinatie van engineering & preventie Je bent 1x per week aanwezig op ons kantoor te Zaventem, de overige dagen werk je bij de klant.
