We are currently looking for a motivated Teamlead Propulsion (m/f/d) for our client in the Greater Stuttgart Area (Baden-Württemberg), within the aerospace industry, to start as soon as possible.

Über diese Stellenbeschreibung
- Lead and develop team members by setting goals, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional growth
- Provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Own team roadmaps and ensure performance delivery across multiple teams, while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define shared objectives and ensure alignment across departments
Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
- Master’s degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Solid experience in a leadership role and/or managing engineering teams
- Successful delivery of complex engineering projects - experience in the field of propulsion is a plus
- Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Fluency in German and English
