Create functional design concepts, oversee development projects, and test prototypes for functionality and user-friendliness. Implement ERP product for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management, taking into account the client’s requirements and the translation into a configuration solution. Participate in the technical aspects of the implementation such as batch processing, interface, security, data mapping, testing, budget determination for configuration and migration, pre-sales and commercial activities. Assist with leading workshops, performing GAP analysis, business requirement gathering and solution specification, functional/ technical analysis and creating functional design mockups. Serve as product ambassador internally and externally, sharing knowledge and answering questions. Conduct market research and evaluate similar products to ensure our designs meet industry standards. #LI-DNI

WORK SCHEDULE:  40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience with the following: 

• Working with Graphical User Interface (GUI); 
• Performing business requirement analysis; 
• Analyzing, editing, and maintaining testable resources in DOORS and SCVM;
• Resource Allocation Planning; 
• Troubleshooting and performing Gap Analysis by examining the database, data logs, and design specifications;
• Creating contract Testing & Commissioning documentation including tests programs, tests description, delivery planning, acceptance criteria, jigs, records, associated workload, and workstation organization; 
• Work with SAFE methodology;
• Work with IBM Engineering Test Management; and
• Work with IBM Rational Publishing Engine (RPE). 

Must have a valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.  

Must have a valid PSM I (Professional Scrum Master) certification.

Travel to US/international locations required up to 20%. 

Telecommuting permitted 5 days a week.
