As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving cross-functional projects within the automotive sector. You will lead teams through all stages of development, from concept to industrialization, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveries aligned with business goals.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from concept to launch, ensuring technical feasibility, cost efficiency, and timely execution.  
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and suppliers.  
• Manage risks, budgets, and resources while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.  
• Communicate project status, challenges, and progress to leadership and key stakeholders.  
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Experience within any below is desirable:

• A degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or other related field. 
• Two to five years of experience in project management within automotive product development in Sweden.  
• Strong understanding of vehicle systems, components, and development processes.   
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.  
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
