The Electronic Engineering Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers focused on the development and implementation of automotive electronic applications.

The EE team includes Project Management, System Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers and Testing Engineers etc. 

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Leading EE team to ensure all new projects going smoothly in electronics parts;
• To fully support sustaining projects/sustaining team in plants for hot issue problem solving;
• Supervise EE for daily work and give them direction/proposal
• Participate Global EE workshop and meeting, can transfer local issues/topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team
• Organize or lead global assignment or issues problem solving.
• Identify and arrange training to the EE team, provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.

• Electronics/Electrical background, Electronics Engineer Bachelor or Master degree is required;
• With at least 10years working experience in automotive electronics field;
• With at least 5 years project management experience;
• With department manager experience;
• Good experience on ASPICE and FuSa;
• Be proficient in Hardware design;
• Be proficient in Software design;
• Be proficient in C/Assembly language, Matlab experience is a plus;
• Strong English skill and communication experience, extensive cross regional/cross team collaboration experience.
