SAP Procurement Specialist

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of procurement activities for a high-profile engineering project. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency and accuracy of procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP workflows, enabling the delivery team to meet critical milestones. You'll ensure compliance, timely delivery, and seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.

• Create and manage purchase and change orders using SAP.
• Perform desk expediting, maintain delivery schedules, and manage invoice resolution.
• Provide operational procurement support for goods and services.
• Assist in the implementation of SAP workflows and vendor management processes.
• Act as a backup for procurement and SAP administrative roles as needed.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• A proactive team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• At least 5 years of experience preferably in (petro)chemical or oil&gas sector.
• Proficiency in SAP, particularly P2P processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
