Electrical Engineer

In this role, you will take charge of electrical system designs, optimization studies, and technical-commercial negotiations for large-scale energy projects. You'll have a direct impact on the efficiency and safety of power stations by overseeing equipment specifications, contract negotiations, and system commissioning.

• Lead the design, calculation, and optimization of electrical systems in line with local and international standards.
• Define equipment ratings, technical specifications, and system designs for electrical components such as generators, transformers, protection systems, motors, and more.
• Oversee the tendering process, analyze bids, negotiate contracts, and manage the full lifecycle of equipment supply contracts.
• Coordinate factory tests, supervise assembly on-site, and ensure successful commissioning of electrical systems.
• Stay informed on industry developments, electrical safety standards, and regulatory changes to ensure cutting-edge solutions and compliance.

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong analytical skills for addressing electrical power system challenges.
• Proficiency in French OR Dutch and a solid understanding of English;
• Proactive, customer-focused approach.
