Application Release Manager (Junior)

We are looking for a motivated Application Release Manager to support the execution and automation of quality assurance checks within our clients' software development lifecycle activities. The role involves managing software changes, ensuring process compliance, and contributing to quality improvements across multiple applications.

Key Responsabilities:

Code Delivery Management:

• Ensure the secure and coherent delivery of code across various applications, respecting dependencies and promoting seamless integration.

Jira Ticket Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day follow-up of Jira tickets within the Software Change Management process.
• Ensure that all changes are accurately recorded and documented with the required level of quality.

Deviation Handling:

• Detect, escalate, and report any deviations from the expected process.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the resolution of issues.

Reporting and Process Improvement:

• Provide regular reporting on software changes and quality assurance activities.
• Define proactive remediation plans and suggest improvements to enhance the Software Change Management process.

Automation of Quality Checks:

• Contribute to the automation of quality assurance checks, streamlining processes and improving efficiency.

Wat we van jou verwachten

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency with Jira for task management and tracking.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues in a collaborative environment.
• Strong reporting and process improvement capabilities.
