As Project Engineer I, your mission is to be an integral player in the development of new products that conform to all aspects of product objectives including performance and return on investment. Utilize your Engineering skills to develop products with powerful customer impact. Use your creative thinking and ambition to drive solutions for our customers with commitment, innovation, and interaction with a focus on:
Wat we van jou verwachten
- A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or product design is required. A master’s degree in engineering is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience as an Engineer in a manufacturing or R & D design center.
- Experience leading project teams for the development of new products is required.
- Experience in a design for manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Prior experience in rotating machinery development is a plus.
- Prior experience working with medical equipment is a definite plus.
- Familiarity with electrical or compressed air systems is preferred.
- Should possess excellent 3D modelling skills.
- Should have strong command of 2D drawing detailing such as dimensioning/tolerance stack ups/geometric tolerancing and symbology and welding symbols,
- Good command of English is required. Other languages are a plus.
- Software skills e.g. MS Office (including MS Project), BPCS (AS/400)
- Committed to accuracy and detail
- Must have a proven track record of positive results
- Must be customer-oriented
- Must have good communication skills
