System Engineer

Directly interfacing with the end customer, you will mainly guide the software development team in managing system requirements. This role offers a unique blend of capital project management and system development, making it an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals. 

You will be:

• Responsible for system engineering activities 
• In charge of system version delivery within the schedule 
• Tailoring the system engineering process 
• Identify technical requirements and non-technical requirements 
• Maintain consistency across the entire system 
• Optimizes technical work against schedule and risks 
• Oversee the development team 
• Ensures global consistency 
• Provide clear monitoring metrics to track progress and potential issues 
• Be the technical interface with the customer 

Wat we van jou verwachten

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics or equivalent
• From 2 to 5 years in a similar context 
• Experience working in critical environments 
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal 
• Preferable previous experience in engineering supervisor or management  
• Preferable experience working in an Agile environment  
• Ability to lead and collaborate with others to achieve goals 
• Ability to influence and create fellowship 
• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Possesses strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset 
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills. 
• Strong communication and organizational skills
